As a senior business analyst, you work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understanding of business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which business operates. You help to find and to clarify opportunities to improve business processes into meaningful format to address business challenges. A good candidate has varied, long-term experience in analysing business processes.
Job description:
- Participation in business intelligence projects in the role of a analyst
- Identifying, mapping and aligning of business needs, improvement opportunities
- Updating project documentation to communicating updates and findings
- Providing the implementation of business solutions
- Identity ways to increase customer satisfaction
This position is for you if you have:
- Prior work experience as a business analyst
- Prior experience with different databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- SQL skills
- Great command of English
- People can count on you and you follow through on your promises
- You are independent, can lead versatile projects and take responsibility for your own work
Useful additional skills:
- Experience with business intelligence solutions and data warehouse development
- Experience with business intelligence software, especially with Tableau/Power BI
- You are proficient in data analysis and creating reports (dashboards)
