When you commit to something, you deliver.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What you&#8217;ll do:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-rte-list=\"default\">\n<li>Design and build data pipelines and warehouses for client projects, from source ingestion to analytics-ready marts<\/li>\n<li>Develop dimensional models (facts, conformed dimensions, slowly changing dimensions) that stay correct as the business changes<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain dbt projects following our layered standards (staging \u2192 intermediate \u2192 marts), with testing and documentation built in<\/li>\n<li>Prototype data solutions quickly and turn the good ones into production<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, optimise and troubleshoot data pipelines and analytics solutions<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with our BI and visualisation team so the data serves real reporting needs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>You&#8217;ll fit well if you have:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-rte-list=\"default\">\n<li>Hands-on experience as a data engineer or developer, ideally in a client-facing or consulting role<\/li>\n<li>Strong SQL and solid understanding of dimensional modelling (Kimball or similar)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with dbt or comparable transformation tools, or with ETL tools such as SSIS or ODI and a willingness to move toward modern practices<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of Python<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Git and code-review-based workflows<\/li>\n<li>Experience with at least one database or warehouse platform (e.g. PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks)<\/li>\n<li>Independence: you can lead projects and own your work end to end<\/li>\n<li>A genuine desire to learn, develop and share knowledge with the team<\/li>\n<li>Good command of English and Estonian<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Useful additional skills:<\/h3>\n<ul data-rte-list=\"default\">\n<li>Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI<\/li>\n<li>Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS or GCP)<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with orchestration (Airflow, Dagster, etc.) or CI\/CD for data<\/li>\n<li>Domain expertise in areas like finance, sales, marketing, production, churn or fraud<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Why join us?<\/h3>\n<ul data-rte-list=\"default\">\n<li>Above-market salary<\/li>\n<li>Flexible hours and remote work options<\/li>\n<li>A team of experienced specialists who actually help each other<\/li>\n<li>No corporate bullshit!<\/li>\n<li>Variety: projects with local and international companies across many sectors<\/li>\n<li>Real influence: your ideas shape how we work and what we build<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","class_list":["post-3101","career","type-career","status-publish","hentry"],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/datafruit.ee\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/career\/3101","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/datafruit.ee\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/career"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/datafruit.ee\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/career"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/datafruit.ee\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=3101"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
