DATA ENGINEER

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join the Datafruit team. The role is also suitable for someone with an Analytics Engineer background, combining data modelling and analytics solution development. Job description:

• Participating in business analytics projects as a developer (DataOps)
• Prototyping data solutions
• Designing and building data models
• Optimising analytics solutions
• Monitoring ETL processes

What we expect from the candidate:

• At least 2 years of work experience as a developer
• Experience with data loading tools (e.g. Pentaho, ODI, SSIS, dbt)
• Experience with business analytics (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
• Proficiency in SQL best practices
• Python skills
• Independence in taking responsibility for your work
• Willingness to develop, learn and share experiences
• Good English skills

Useful additional skills:

• Russian language skills
• In-depth expertise in any given field (fraud, churn, customer journey mapping, marketing mixed modelling, finance, sales, marketing, production, etc.)
• You have some experience with data warehouse analysis and development
