We're looking for a skilled, critically minded Tableau specialist who can understand our clients' business needs, turn them into analytical solutions, and judge honestly how well those solutions work in practice. What you'll do:

  • Map and analyse client needs through workshops and conversations with business stakeholders
  • Design and build Tableau reports, dashboards, and analyses tailored to each client
  • Build well-designed data sources (published data sources, extract vs live, a clean data model) that multiple workbooks can rely on
  • Optimise workbook and query performance, and set up permissions and security in Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud
  • Advise clients on visualisation best practices and how to get real value from Tableau
  • Work closely with our data engineers so the underlying data fits reporting needs
  • Share your experience with the team through reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing

You'll fit well if you have:

  • Real-world, trial-and-error experience developing and implementing Tableau solutions as a developer or analyst
  • Strong skills with calculated fields, LOD expressions, and table calculations, plus a solid understanding of Tableau's data model (relationships, joins, level of detail)
  • A good eye for visualisation: you know when a chart helps and when it gets in the way
  • The ability to solve problems with methods proven in practice, not just in theory
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with various databases (e.g. SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders and turning vague requirements into clear solutions
  • Independence, project management skills, and ownership of your work
  • Reliability: when you commit to something, you deliver
  • Strong command of both Estonian and English

Nice to have:

  • Experience with data warehouse development or dimensional modelling
  • Tableau Prep experience
  • Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud administration experience
  • A Tableau certification
  • Experience training or coaching end users
  • Microsoft Power BI experience
